Our process begins with a ‘temperature check’. Our team gets a feel for where you’re at in the process and how committed you are to achieving outcomes. Once we’re on the same page, we do a thorough needs-analysis and project plan including managing expectations around time-to-hire and start dates.
From there, our consultants launch a 21 Phase ‘Experience Framework’ that helps to ensure we’re leaving no stone unturned and presenting the best possible experience for our candidates not to mention positively representing your brand. After all, we understand that we’re an extension of you in the market – your Company’s Brand Ambassador.
Throughout the entire process our consultants spend alot of time coaching and providing support around the interview process (not just for the candidates but we know you might not have a PhD in HR either!) and we help you get the most out of these precious few hours of face-time to make sure you’re making the right call!
